Jason combines more than two decades of legal experience with a genuine commitment to helping clients through difficult times.
Known for his approachable style and leadership within the firm, he specialises in workers' compensation and public liability, guiding clients with care, persistence and confidence.
He began his career as a Police Prosecutor before transitioning into plaintiff law, where he found a genuine passion for helping people through some of the most difficult moments of their lives.
Having worked with both national and specialist plaintiff firms, Jason brings a broad perspective to his role at Smith's Lawyers.
His focus today is on mentoring, continuous improvement, and ensuring clients receive strong, thoughtful representation backed by strategy and compassion.
