What inspires Dylan to help Queenslanders after an accident?

"I have always been interested in law and enjoy the process of analysing problems, applying the law and presenting a strong case. After going through my own situation, I realised how stressful it can be to have something like that dominate your thoughts. It gave me a real appreciation for what injured people face when their future feels uncertain. That experience motivates me to help clients feel supported and confident as they work to rebuild their lives."

What motivates Dylan each day at Smith's?

"I'm motivated by the trust clients place in me to guide them through difficult times. Knowing how overwhelming legal matters can feel, I take pride in making the process clearer and less stressful. Law gives me a sense of purpose, and I genuinely enjoy the work I do every day."
