Louise Chappell

Louise is a Senior Associate at Smith's Lawyers with over 10 years of experience in personal injury and insurance law. She specialises in superannuation and insurance claims, including Total and Permanent Disability (TPD) and income protection matters. 

Louise has extensive experience guiding clients through every stage of the claims process, from initial applications through to appealing rejected claims. She has also represented clients in workers' compensation review matters and hearings before the Medical Assessment Tribunal. 

Her approach is grounded in understanding each client's individual needs and helping them navigate the legal process to achieve the best possible outcome.
