Amanda is the Managing Principal at Smith's Lawyers, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in personal injury law. 

Since joining the firm in 2017, she has advanced through senior leadership roles and is known for her determination, attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility to both clients and colleagues. 

Her leadership style reflects a deep commitment to achieving results through structure, focus and decisive action. 

She has worked in personal injury law for almost 20 years, developing a broad understanding of the legal processes involved and the impact these matters can have on clients. 

Her experience includes time as a Solicitor, Principal, and Legal Production Principal, and she now serves as Managing Principal.
