What do I need to prove in a public liability case?

by

To make a successful public liability claim, you will need to prove the following things:

  • Those at fault owed you a duty of care;
  • They breached that duty of care;
  • That those who breached the duty of care should have known it would cause injury;
  • You were hurt and suffered a loss as a result.
